We reserve the right to perform background checks, including query verification with national registries and accredited credit reference bureaus, to validate the accuracy of your application.

2. Data Privacy and Disclosure: You agree that Bantuka Bank may process, store, and share your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice and local data protection regulations. This includes sharing details with payment gateways, clearing houses, and correspondent banks strictly as required to facilitate your requested transactions, protect against fraudulent activities, or comply with legal disclosure notices issued by competent judicial authorities or banking regulators.

3. Electronic Funds Transfers and Digital Security: By enrolling in digital and mobile banking platforms, you agree to safeguard your login credentials, passwords, and authorization PINs. You acknowledge that Bantuka Bank shall not be liable for unauthorized transactions resulting from negligence, sharing credentials, or compromise of your personal mobile devices. All electronic transactions, transfers, and bill payments are subject to transaction limits, security checks, and processing timelines set forth in the general banking product terms sheet.
